Rebecca has been writing and illustrating children’s books for many years. Adventure Girls marks her first foray into publishing with her new imprint; Pebble in the Pond Press / Adventure Girl Books. Her favorite part of Book One was photographing and helping to build the treehouse. She is hoping to have the time to work on Book Two this fall and winter. Summer is here and Rebecca is getting ready to take Adventure Girls on the road. She will be traveling around the country doing workshops in everything from mask making, journaling, t-shirt stenciling, and building hammocks, to creating butterflies for a parade! Her travels will take her to New Mexico, Colorado and Washington DC.

You can follow her adventures by logging onto her blog where she will be writing about and sending pictures of her experiences on the road. She is excited to meet new people and work with adventure girls (and boys) on some very cool projects. When she is not working, she will be hiking, camping, and eating good food! The perfect summer of art, hand craft and outdoor adventure.

Later in the fall she will head to Oregon and Washington state.
